Comprehensive pre-screening

Before receiving a customized running plan, each athlete completes a comprehensive pre-screening process to ensure their program is tailored to their specific needs. This includes gathering key details such as running experience, current fitness level, injury history, weekly schedule, and performance goals. By taking the time to understand each individual’s background, the plan is designed to fit seamlessly into their lifestyle, providing a structured approach that supports real progress—whether they are aiming for a personal best or just starting their running journey.

Personalized Training Plan:

Each personalized training plan is built using the information gathered during the pre-screening process, ensuring it aligns with the runner’s experience, goals, and fitness level. By analyzing key factors, the plan provides accurate pacing recommendations and a structured workload to optimize race preparation. Designed for an 8-week period, the program includes detailed pacing guides and a clearly organized structure, making it easy to follow and adjust as needed. Whether training for a personal best or simply building endurance, this tailored approach helps runners train effectively and confidently.

Weekly Check-Ins:

Weekly check-ins provide ongoing support to ensure runners stay on track with their training. Strava data or submitted workout reports are reviewed to confirm adherence to the plan and make any necessary adjustments. These check-ins also serve as an opportunity to address challenges, provide motivation, and ensure the program is delivering the desired results. Whenever possible, group runs may be organized to foster a sense of community and keep athletes engaged throughout their training journey.
